RENTAL MARKET CONSULTING

FEE: $150-250
Sometimes major renovations are needed to keep your rental updated. Our knowledge and experience in design will keep your property producing top rents for years to come. We work with contractors that are knowledgeable, reputable, cost-effective, are rich in talent and professionalism. These independent contractors are licensed by the State of California and are highly competitive with project pricing.
